Simone Fair represents financial institutions and other corporate clients in all stages of civil litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration, with a focus on consumer financial services matters.
Simone advises clients in navigating issues involving personal injury, intellectual property, data privacy, trademarks, products liability and contract disputes. She also handles matters involving construction, employment, premises liability and landlord-tenant issues. Simone has represented clients in various subrogation cases, including litigation claims and third-party subrogation claims in coordination with workers' compensation cases.
Simone develops and implements litigation strategies, including overall case defense and negotiation of settlements. Simone works closely with her clients through each step of the litigation process, from conducting research and depositions to preparing legal pleadings.
