Stephanie Wolbransky Fenster represents corporations, nonprofit entities and higher-education clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including regulatory enforcement, employment and commercial disputes. She regularly advises sophisticated entities navigating high-stakes claims in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Stephanie litigates contested matters and provides strategic advocacy through all stages of litigation. Her practice spans employment discrimination, Title IX, construction disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Stephanie also counsels clients on employment policies, handbooks, contracts and compliance matters, drawing on her courtroom experience to provide practical, risk-informed guidance to her clients.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Stephanie was a litigation associate at a Philadelphia-based firm.
