Thomas Dyer represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in a wide range of real estate, default servicing and civil litigation matters.
Well-versed in the complexities of creditor rights and foreclosure litigation, Tom primarily focuses his practice on mortgage and mortgage-servicing litigation. He also regularly counsels clients on collection-related issues, including recovery efforts. He helps clients navigate foreclosures, title claims, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) disputes.
Additionally, Tom’s practice includes reviewing and advising on a range of transactional documents, including leases, real estate sale agreements, deeds, title policies and loan instruments.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Tom was an associate at a general-practice law firm in Pennsylvania. He previously was a legal intern in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel for the Large Business and International Division.
