Tim Huynh concentrates his practice on representing investment companies and investment advisers on compliance, regulatory and transactional matters.

Tim was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class. He previously was an intern for U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Ashely Chan of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Community Impact

Tim serves as a pro bono tax preparer for the Campaign for Working Families Low-Income Tax Clinic in Philadelphia, where he has conducted client intakes, prepared Form 1040 tax returns, and filed tax returns with the IRS.
