PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon associate Andrew Barron served as moderator for the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council (PEPC)’s panel, “The Human Side of Wealth – Emotional Intelligence in Action,” on December 9 in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Exploring key aspects of emotional intelligence through an engaging and practical approach, panelists discussed how it can influence the human side of wealth management, enhancing trust communication within client relationships, professional teams and across generations. The panelists discussed how estate planning and wealth management is much more than dollars and cents. Effective advising requires patience, empathy, and understanding.

A member of PEPC’s board of directors, Andrew represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration, and advises high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and tax planning. He routinely drafts and reviews wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, beneficiary designations, and other essential planning documents.
