
Zack Bradley
Associate
Zack Bradley counsels investment companies, private funds and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. Advising registered fund clients in all aspects of legal representation, he frequently drafts and reviews registration statements, prepares board materials, and researches various securities and corporate law issues.
Zack also counsels private fund clients on a broad range of issues, including fund formation, product structuring, all relevant documentation through the fund’s life cycle, and all types of regulatory and compliance issues.
During law school, Zack worked as a legal intern for a Pittsburgh-based litigation firm and a hospital and health network, and was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon. He also served as a judicial intern for Judge Douglas Reichley of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.
