Anna Toke focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including those involving antitrust, employment, tort, premises liability, construction defect and design, and subrogation issues.
Anna represents clients spanning a diverse array of industries, including construction, healthcare, and manufacturing. She sees cases from initial pleadings through matter resolution, including research, strategy, pleadings, discovery and motion practice, and, if necessary, trial.
She also regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, preparing arbitration and mediation statements and negotiating settlements.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Anna was a litigation associate at an Am Law 200 firm.

Secured dismissal of wrongful-death claims on statute of limitations grounds upon the court’s determination that the initial pleading was a legal “nullity” due to improper procedure related to the probate actions.
Obtained dismissal with prejudice of all claims asserted against a New York pharmacy pursuant to New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) 214-A.
Procured a favorable settlement while a dispositive motion was pending concerning the New York assumption-of-risk doctrine arguing that the plaintiff was precluded from recovery for injuries sustained while utilizing an inflatable slide.
Attained dismissal of a wrongful-death claim on behalf of an employer based upon the terms of the decedent’s employment agreement.
Awarded summary judgment on behalf of a general contractor in a construction accident case.
