Stradley Ronon Partner Caroline Gorman Presents Business Law Workshop for Volunteer UP Legal Clinic

CHERRY HILL — Stradley Ronon partner Caroline Gorman presented at a workshop with the Volunteer UP Legal Clinic on May 7 at the Cherry Hill Public Library. The event was free to attend for South Jersey community members.
The presentation, “Business Law Workshop on Reviewing & Understanding Contracts,” discussed the fundamental elements of business law for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Caroline also answered business law questions from community members in attendance.
Caroline serves as the chair of Stradley Ronon’s corporate department and as a member of the firm’s board of directors. She focuses her practice on all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, representing banks, commercial finance companies, private credit funds and various other lenders in all aspects of commercial lending.
Volunteer UP Legal Clinic connects clients in Camden, New Jersey, and surrounding communities with lawyers who volunteer to provide pro bono legal services. Stradley Ronon partner David Roeber serves on the clinic’s advisory board and sits on the founding board of directors.
