    Stradley Ronon represented Great Valley Advisor Group (GVA), a technology-driven full-service registered investment adviser, in its acquisition of U.S. Financial Advisors (USFA). USFA is a full-service registered investment adviser that provides comprehensive and customized investment, insurance and wealth management services. The acquisition expands GVA’s presence in Greater Boston, Massachusetts, and will increase its assets under management by over $725 million.

  • Global Brand Atmos Merges with UBIQ to Expand Footprint in the US

    Stradley Ronon worked on the merger of Atmos, a global brand headquartered in Tokyo, with UBIQ, a renowned Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. sneaker boutique, creating Atmos USA.

    Atmos is a streetwear and sneaker brand, with 38 stores across four countries in Asia and in the US. The merger will expand the brand’s footprint in the US.

  • Triumph Sells Nashville Structures Assembly Site

    Stradley Ronon represented Triumph Aerostructures, LLC (a subsidiary of Triumph Group, Inc., the NYSE's 11th largest aerospace company by market cap) in the sale of its machining, processing and large-scale assembly business in Nashville, Tennessee, to subsidiaries of TECT Aerospace. The business generated revenues of approximately $125,000,000 during Triumph’s fiscal year ended March 31, 2019. The divestiture represents a significant step toward effectuating Triumph’s multi-year plan to reshape its portfolio, in order to enable investment in core businesses and pursuit of new growth opportunities.
