Stradley Ronon Partners Named Finalists in Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards by Corporate Counsel

PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partners Esther Cho, Mena Larmour and Claire Olivar have been named finalists in Corporate Counsel’s 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) Awards.
Esther has once again been selected as a finalist in the Collaborative Leadership (Internal) category, which recognizes women who exemplify exceptional teamwork and collaboration within their organizations. Mena and Claire were named finalists in the Mentor & Mentee Collaboration category, which honors impactful mentoring relationships that exemplify the power of guidance, support and professional growth in the legal profession.
The WIPL Awards celebrate law firm and in-house women leaders and allies who demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony this April.
Esther is a litigator who handles securities and regulatory matters. She represents financial services firms in state and federal court and before arbitral tribunals. In her practice, she also handles a range of employment matters, including unfair competition laws, harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, retaliation and defamation. Esther is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors, co-chair of the firm’s financial services litigation and enforcement practice and partner-in-charge of the Southern California office.
Mena’s practice involves counseling investment companies, investment advisers and independent trustees on matters involving the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws. She advises clients on the formation, registration and ongoing regulation of investment companies across asset classes. She serves as an executive partner on the firm’s management committee and is a member of the firm’s board of directors. Mena is also a prior recipient of the firm’s Excellence in Mentorship Award.
Claire provides counsel on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. Her clients include mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds and investment advisers. Claire is also a prior winner of Stradley Ronon’s Excellence in Mentorship Award, reflecting her commitment to fostering professional growth within the firm.
