Following productive conversations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff, Stradley Ronon, on behalf of Dimensional Fund Advisors, has filed an amended application for exemptive relief to offer ETF share classes, which was covered by Citywire.
The firm’s team representing Dimensional in its ETF share class relief application includes partners Michael Mundt, Bruce Leto and Jana Cresswell.
