Stradley Ronon Partner Michael Mundt Shares Insights at 2026 ICI ETF Conference

WASHINGTON — Stradley Ronon partner Michael Mundt served as a panelist on the main stage at the 2026 Investment Management Institute (ICI) ETF Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, participating in a discussion titled “Fund Structure Remastered: ETF Share Classes in Focus.”
The panel explored the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’s approval of exemptive relief for dual-share-class exchange-traded fund (ETF) structures, as well as structural innovations and regulatory considerations behind ETF share classes and what they mean for investors.
Mike is nationally recognized for his work in the area of ETFs. He assists clients with all phases of the complex regulatory process required to introduce and operate index-based and actively managed ETFs, as well as next-generation exchange-traded products (ETPs).
