PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Steve Feinour served as a panelist for the “ETF Mania: Managing Growth, Distribution, and Compliance Risk” session of the 2026 ACA Conference in Nashville, Tennessee on April 17. The session explored how investment managers are navigating exchange-traded fund (ETF) innovation including the surge in product launches, expanding distribution channels and evolving regulatory expectations. Steve and the other panelists discussed key risks around marketing, disclosure, suitability and oversight, as well as how chief compliance officers can build scalable compliance frameworks to support ETF innovation. Steve focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers on a wide range of issues arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws.
