PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Steve Feinour was a featured speaker at EY’s 2025 Registered Funds Seminar. The May 20 webcast brought together leaders from across the investment management industry to discuss current trends, operational challenges and regulatory developments affecting registered funds.
Steve presented on exchange-traded fund (ETF) share classes, offering attendees a comprehensive overview of the status of ETF share class exemptive applications and other regulatory and operational considerations, including potential implications for fund boards, advisers and service providers.
