Geena’s session explored the history and key principles of Rule 2a-7 — the primary rule governing money market funds (MMFs) under the Investment Company Act of 1940 — and provided an overview of amendments recently adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Geena has developed her practice in a wide variety of areas in the investment management field, including mutual funds, money market funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds.
