Stradley Ronon Partner Greg DiMeglio Speaks at the ICI Securities Law Developments Conference

WASHINGTON — Stradley Ronon partner Greg DiMeglio, co-chair of the firm’s securities and regulatory enforcement practice, served as a speaker at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Securities Law Developments Conference on November 20 in New York. The two-day conference brought together leading regulators, in-house counsel and industry practitioners to explore timely legal and compliance topics impacting the investment management industry.
Greg’s session, “The Shifting Landscape and Future of the SEC’s Exams and Enforcement Programs,” explored how evolving technology, investment products and regulatory priorities are shaping the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Examinations and Enforcement divisions. Greg also shared insights on recent developments and where the pendulum may swing next.
For nearly three decades, Greg has served as a securities and regulatory enforcement lawyer, advising investment advisers, broker-dealers, public companies, boards of directors, board committees, auditors, other entities and individuals in all manner of examinations, investigations and enforcement actions by the SEC, U.S. Department of Justice, other federal and state regulators, and industry self-regulatory organizations.
