Jeremy Miller focuses his practice on complex business combinations and investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, financings, joint ventures and restructurings. He has experience representing and negotiating on behalf of companies in various industries, with a particular focus on the technology, healthcare, wealth management and financial services areas.
Jeremy regularly advises on a range of corporate and securities law matters from formation and growth stage through exit. He excels in counseling public and private companies, investors and entrepreneurs in negotiating complex corporate transaction documents in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and equity and debt financings, often with both domestic and international considerations.
In addition to deal work, he acts in an outside general counsel role for companies of all sizes, supporting the clients’ corporate contracting and governance needs.

Community Impact
Jeremy regularly provides pro bono services for the Community Legal Help Project run by Legal Services of Long Island, where he provides consultation and practical guidance for members of the local community. He was instrumental in the firm’s 2024 recognition by the Nassau County Bar Association, which celebrated the firm and other providers of exemplary pro bono legal services to the community in furtherance of access to justice.
