NEW YORK — Stradley Ronon associate Jeremy Miller has been honored as a 2025 Pro Bono Top Provider by the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA)’s Access to Justice Committee, in partnership with Legal Services of Long Island (LSLI).

At the Access to Justice Pro Bono Recognition Event, hosted April 16 in Mineola, New York, the NCBA and LSLI celebrated those who have provided exemplary legal service to the community in 2025 and honored Jeremy’s longtime commitment to pro bono services. The firm was also honored in previous years.  

Jeremy has volunteered with LSLI, one of the largest providers of free civil legal services in New York, for almost a decade. He began assisting LSLI with pro bono cases as a law student, and he now works with the nonprofit’s Community Legal Help Project, which provides information sessions on free legal services for low-income residents of Nassau County.

Jeremy focuses his practice on complex business combinations and investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, financings, joint ventures and restructurings. He has experience representing and negotiating on behalf of companies in various industries, with a particular focus on the technology, healthcare, wealth management and financial services areas.
