Stradley Ronon Kicks Off 100th Anniversary with New Leadership Appointments for 2026

CALIFORNIA, CHICAGO, PHILADELPHIA, NEW YORK, WASHINGTON, DC — Marking a century of momentum, Stradley Ronon has elevated leaders across the firm to carry forward the firm’s services nationwide.

Firm Leadership:
David Joseph has been appointed to the firm’s management committee as executive partner, joining Mena Larmour, Bruce Leto and Mike. Currently serving on the firm’s board of directors, as co-chair of the structured finance and securitization practice, and previously as the firm’s director of strategic growth for the corporate practice, Dave will help support and oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations and practice development.
Christopher Rosenbleeth, partner and chair of the firm’s finance and real estate practice, has joined the firm’s board of directors. As a member of the board, Chris will help drive the firm’s culture of excellence, reinforcing the core pillars of responsiveness, collaboration, client value-adds and innovation.
Kevin Boyle, who has served as chairman for four years, has transitioned into the role of chairman emeritus, continuing to provide guidance and counsel to clients and colleagues.
Department and Core Practice Leadership:
Litigation: Reflecting the firm’s emphasis on seamlessly integrating regulatory know-how with litigation capabilities, partner Joseph Kelleher, also chair of the investment management litigation practice, has been appointed chair of the firm’s litigation department, with partner Steven Burgess Davis named vice chair, in addition to co-chair of the insurance and reinsurance practice. The duo harnesses decades of experience in high-stakes, contentious disputes and regulatory prowess.
Insurance & Reinsurance: Partners Deirdre Johnson and Steven Burgess Davis, who joined and rejoined the firm, respectively, in 2025, have been appointed co-chairs of the firm’s nationally recognized insurance and reinsurance practice, a go-to team for handling complex coverage litigation and disputes with regulatory and transactional capabilities.
Financial Services Litigation & Enforcement: Partner Amy Sparrow has been named co-chair of the financial services litigation and enforcement practice, alongside partner Esther Cho, who is also a member of the firm’s board of directors and has been partner-in-charge of the firm’s Southern California office since its opening in 2024. This pair will lead the firm’s nationwide practice handling complex securities and regulatory matters for the financial services industry.
Office Leadership:
Partner Christopher Zimmerman has been named partner-in-charge of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. As a partner in the firm’s nationally recognized investment management practice, Chris counsels investment companies, investment advisers and boards in connection with federal and state securities law matters.
