Stradley Ronon Partner Jennifer Hillman Presents at PLI Program on Investment Adviser Regulation

PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Jennifer Hillman spoke at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s Fundamentals of Investment Adviser Regulation program on “Current Issues: AI: The Challenges of ESG in 2025; Getting Ready for Reg SP; the 2025 Investment Adviser Exam and Enforcement Programs.” The event was hosted virtually and in person in New York on November 12.
During her session, Jennifer provided an overview of the evolving environmental, social and governance (ESG) landscape, the continued expansion of alternative investments into the retail advisory market, and compliance obligations related to amendments to Regulation S-P.
Jennifer represents investment companies (including mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds), independent trustees and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance, investment servicing and transactional issues.
