This session will address:

  • recent and developing civil and criminal enforcement matters and initiatives focusing on cryptocurrency and related digital assets;
  • matters involving insider trading, cryptocurrency fraud and market manipulation allegations;
  • the crossover among agencies investigating cryptocurrency transactions and digital assets; and
  • various government initiatives and task forces currently in place to investigate and regulate cryptocurrencies.

While there is no cost to attend, registration in advance is required. 1 hour CLE credit pending for PA, NJ & NY.
