Partner Jan Folena, co-chair of the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement practice, discussed with The Wall Street Journal the upcoming and ongoing SEC attempts to regulate cryptocurrency through enforcement.

“There is no shortcutting it. You can’t go to the court and say, ‘We need an answer fast because nobody else is doing anything,’” Jan told the WSJ.
