Stradley Ronon advised Yieldstreet Alternative Income Fund (YS AIF), a closed-end tender offer fund managed by Willow Asset Management LLC (Willow Wealth), in connection with the sale of its assets to Opportunistic Credit Interval Fund (SOFIX), a closed-end interval fund managed by Mount Logan Management, LLC (Mount Logan). The transaction closed August 24, 2026, approximately doubling the asset size of SOFIX.

In 1928, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP name partner Andrew Young established one of the first mutual funds in the United States, the Wellington Fund. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Young helped form the investment firm Delaware Management Company and also formed their flagship fund, the Delaware Fund. Stradley Ronon continues to represent both Delaware Investments and the Delaware Investments Funds today, serving as their mutual funds and advisor counsel.
