PHILADELPHIA — Building on Stradley Ronon’s rich history driving growth and development in Pennsylvania, the firm has added two professionals, TJ Hurst and Jermaine Veasy, to the government affairs practice. TJ, a political strategist and consultant, will serve as chair of the government affairs practice, where he will work closely with Chairman Emeritus William Sasso. Jermaine joins the firm as a government affairs specialist. They join Stradley Ronon from Hurst Management, where TJ served as founder and owner and Jermaine served as director of operations. Together, they advised clients on legislative advocacy, strategic planning and regulatory analysis to support business objectives.

TJ develops comprehensive strategies where he designs and implements advocacy initiatives across states and sectors, including real estate, construction, education, nonprofit, emerging technology, venture capital and private equity.

Jermaine is a seasoned operations and government affairs professional who leads multi-state legislative advocacy campaigns, drafts strategic recommendations, and analyzes policy developments to partner with clients in achieving their business objectives. A 17-year veteran of honorable service to the U.S. Army and Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Jermaine has cultivated strong relationships with elected officials and industry leaders.
