PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Robert (RJ) Norcia and communications manager Megan Doyle are the firm’s 2025 Excellence in Mentorship Award honorees. The recognition, given annually to one lawyer and one business professional, honors those who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to fostering personal and professional growth within the firm.

“Mentorship is a core tenet of Stradley Ronon’s culture and a cornerstone of developing the next generation of lawyers and legal professionals,” said managing partner Michael O’Mara. “Both longtime members of the firm, RJ and Megan have made an indelible stamp on our people and their career development.”

Recipients are nominated by firm members and selected by the firm’s mentorship award nomination committee. RJ and Megan were selected for their willingness to impart knowledge and experience, promotion of accessible and inclusive growth opportunities, and provision of well-rounded guidance and support.

With particular knowledge of the highly regulated healthcare industry, RJ is adept at translating complex regulatory frameworks and legal issues into an accessible form for colleagues across all levels, courts and clients alike. In addition to his healthcare litigation practice, RJ regularly handles large, complex commercial litigation matters running the gamut from breach of contract to civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) issues and everything in between.

For six years, Megan has been an integral member of Stradley Ronon’s marketing department. As communications manager, she spearheads the firm’s public relations and communications efforts for thought leadership and profile-raising initiatives, including media placements, publications, awards and directories submissions, and social media campaigns.
