PHILADELPHIA — Two members of Stradley Ronon's knowledge and innovation team spoke at ILTACON 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee, joining peers from law firms, corporate law departments and legal technology organizations for sessions on generative artificial intelligence adoption, training and professional development. The five-day conference is hosted annually by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
Director of Knowledge & Innovation Sarah Hirebet was invited as a panelist for “Human-Centered AI Adoption,” which examined the building blocks of effective AI training programs and the frameworks that enable gen AI transformation in both the business and the practice of law. The August 25 panel offered scalable approaches to building an AI playbook that grows adoption beyond an initial tool rollout. Sarah drew on the firm's experience with its Stradley Labs program, including the award-winning 13 CLE-credit Legal Gen AI Drivers Certification program.
Laura Chance, manager of knowledge solutions, tackled how firms and legal departments can develop the internal expertise that sustains AI adoption in a session called “From Users to Influencers: When AI Becomes Career-Building Work.” Informed by her work building the firm's change management and gen AI enablement programs, Laura traced a progression from user to translator to influencer that lets both lawyers and business professionals turn hands-on gen AI experience into roles as trusted problem-solvers and, eventually, visible innovators with strategic influence.
“ILTA has always been a space where leading professionals come together to hone their thinking and share lessons learned,” Sarah said. “It’s exciting to see the Stradley Ronon team contributing to that discussion from a place of hard-earned experience in legal tech innovation.”
