Mike Bonner Moderates Panel at the Philadelphia Credit and Restructuring Summit

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Michael P. Bonner served as the moderator for a panel at the 10th Annual Philadelphia Credit and Restructuring Summit in Philadelphia on March 30. The panel, entitled, “Current Trends and the Potential Trump Effect across the Capital Structure,” discussed current trends of, and the potential effect of President Trumps policies (such as deregulation and economic nationalism) on, various parties across the capital structure.

Bonner represents banks, commercial finance companies, hedge funds and other lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions. He represents clients in multiple types of financing transactions including asset-based, cash flow, acquisition, second lien, real estate, construction, debtor-in-possession, exit and workouts. Bonner also represents companies in general business and commercial matters, including borrower-side financings.
