Lisa R. Jacobs was a panelist during the American Bar Association (ABA)’s 2021 LLC Institute webinar, “LLC Information Rights, Drafting and Litigation,” which was held on Nov. 17. Jacobs’ panel offered detailed consideration of the key issues in understanding, drafting and litigating LLC Information Rights statutory provisions, drafting information rights provisions and litigating information rights disputes.
