Eric Purple Serves as Panelist at the ICI Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Eric S. Purple was a panelist at the Investment Company Institute’s 2017 Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference session, “Surviving the Aftershocks: Fund Distribution After the DOL’s Seismic Fiduciary Rulemaking,” on March 14 in Palm Desert, California. Purple and co-panelists discussed the implications for fund distribution as the Department of Labor’s fiduciary rule continues to spur changes in the financial services industry.

Purple counsels on all aspects of investment company and investment adviser regulation. He represents a broad range of exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, closed-end investment companies, business development companies and other pooled investment vehicles and their investment advisers on matters arising under the U.S. federal securities laws. Purple also serves as a trusted counselor to the independent directors or trustees of a number of investment companies.
