Stradley Ronon’s E-Discovery Task Force partners with the firm’s clients to develop efficient and effective strategies for electronic document management and discovery in the context of commercial litigation, regulatory matters and internal investigations.

Comprised of partners, associates, staff attorneys, paralegals and members of our IT Department, the E-Discovery Task Force assists clients with the many phases of e-discovery, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production. Our team proactively works to reduce the significant burdens and risks that e-discovery can present. The Task Force manages e-discovery projects – ranging in size from a few thousand to several million pages of documents – for leaders in the financial services, pharmaceutical and insurance industries, among others.

With a combination of strong in-house litigation support capabilities and long-standing relationships with national litigation support vendors, experts and consultants, Stradley Ronon provides a full range of e-discovery services that are readily scalable to a variety of matters. In addition, its E-Discovery Task Force members are actively involved in e-discovery-related professional organizations and regularly follow new developments in the law and technology, which enables us to effectively advise clients and implement new requirements and best practices in this rapidly-changing field.
