Patrick R. Kingsley served as a panelist on the General Building Contractors Association webinar, “
Risk Management from a Schedule Point of View” on June 24. Kingsley presented with Paul Gabriel, Regional Vice President of Aegis Project Controls. The webinar focused on COVID-19 impacts on both the construction schedule and legal contracts, and provided insight into identifying and reducing potential risks.
Kingsley is chair of Stradley Ronon’s
alternate dispute resolution and
construction practice groups. He handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing much of his practice on construction and surety litigation. He is a commercial and construction arbitrator and mediator and regularly serves as a neutral in construction disputes.
