Katherine Pfingsten focuses her practice on corporate law, representing public and private companies in a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and corporate governance issues.
Katherine earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the online content editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. She was also a law clerk at a boutique entertainment law firm in Philadelphia, where she assisted with copyright and trademark infringement matters. Prior to law school, Katherine was the founder and owner of a women’s apparel company.
