Allie Rice focuses her practice on secured and unsecured financing, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based and real estate loans for commercial banks, investment funds, and public and private companies. Allie also has significant experience with venture debt financing.
During law school, Allie was the managing editor of operations of the Villanova Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. David R. Strawbridge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
