Brandon Riley regularly represents corporate, nonprofit, municipal, and institutional clients in federal and state courts, as well as private domestic and international arbitration. Brandon focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and resolving sophisticated business disputes, and has experience litigating securities and derivative suits, insurance coverage and ERISA matters, civil rights claims, and securities industry regulatory enforcement and internal investigations.
While in law school, Brandon was a staff editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. He also served as a teaching assistant for a legal writing, research and analysis class for first-year law students, as an intern for Judge Deborah Silverman Katz of the New Jersey Superior Court’s Camden County Civil Division, and assisted clients as an extern for the Mazzoni Center’s legal clinic.
Prior to law school, Brandon worked in the television industry as a development consultant and as a technical producer for “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” as well as several other shows.
