A. Nicole Stover Presents at AIRROC Summer Membership Meeting

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon attorney A. Nicole Stover spoke at the Association of Insurance Reinsurance Run-Off Companies Membership Meeting on July 18 in New York. Stover presented, “The Impact of the #MeToo Movement on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Response,” which identified key action items for businesses and managers and discussed current and proposed workplace laws resulting from the #MeToo movement.

Stover focuses her practice on employment services with a concentration on the representation of employers and key executives. She regularly provides legal advice in connection with the development of employee retention and transition strategies and human resources processes, conducts internal investigations, and litigates employment discrimination and non-competition claims in proceedings before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
