Stradley Ronon Partner Moderates Keynote Panel at Real Estate Institute

PHILADELPHIAAndrew K. Stutzman, partner and co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s financial services litigation group, moderated a keynote panel at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Annual Real Estate Institute on Dec. 6 in Philadelphia. The Annual Real Estate Institute invites real estate lawyers to learn about the most significant case law, current legislation, practice fundamentals, trends, and strategies. Stutzman’s panel, “Federal and State Enforcement and Regulatory Activities Impacting Real Estate Transactions,” included multiple current or former assistant United States attorneys.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
