This session will address:
- recent and developing civil and criminal enforcement matters and initiatives focusing on cryptocurrency and related digital assets;
- matters involving insider trading, cryptocurrency fraud and market manipulation allegations;
- the crossover among agencies investigating cryptocurrency transactions and digital assets; and
- various government initiatives and task forces currently in place to investigate and regulate cryptocurrencies.
