CLE: Inclusive Hiring: A Case Study for Structured Panel Interviews

April 26, 2023

Co-hosted by:

In leanly resourced law firms and professional services organizations, managers may feel pressure to fill open roles as quickly as possible, which can result in ad hoc interviewing and narrower candidate pools. The speakers will address these pain points, provide education on implicit and affinity biases, and discuss ways to draw upon the widest talent pool for open positions, reduce unconscious bias in hiring, and maximize the return on a firm’s recruiting and interviewing efforts, including a case study on the design and implementation of structured panel interviewing for attorneys.
