Stutzman will moderate a panel of borrower’s counsel at the American Conference Institute’s 28th National Conference on Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation on April 4 in New York. The panel, entitled, “The Borrower’s Perspective and Consumer Advocacy,” will discuss tactics and strategies from the plaintiff’s perspective.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career.
