PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Financial Services Litigation Practice Group Chair Andrew K. Stutzman served as a moderator and speaker at MBA’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference on April 29 in Los Angeles. Stutzman moderated the eight subject matter panels of the Litigation Forum. He also opened with the forum with “The Litigation Landscape,” which discussed the present litigation trends facing the mortgage banking industry.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
