Andy Stutzman Speaks at Mortgage Bankers Association’s Regulatory Compliance Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman served as a panelist at the MBA’s Regulatory Compliance Conference 2018 on Sept. 16 in Washington, DC. Stutzman contributed to the Litigation Forum, which featured an overview and update on the latest cases and issues impacting mortgage lending. He also contributed to the MBA’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee meeting.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
