Andrew Levine Speaks at Practicing Law Institute’s Negotiating a Power Purchase Agreement Program

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew S. Levine served as the moderator at the Practicing Law Institute’s on demand web program on Sept. 21. Levine’s panel, “Negotiating a Power Purchase Agreement,” examined the key issues in a power purchase agreement from the perspectives of the developer, counsel and commercial customer for renewable energy facilities and projects.

Levine co-chairs Stradley Ronon’s environmental practice group. He concentrates on working with large-scale developers and investors on a variety of energy-related projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region, including CHP plants, large-scale energy efficiency and renewable power and chemical projects, pipeline development and landfill gas facilities.
