PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman moderated a keynote panel at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Real Estate Institute on Dec. 7 in Philadelphia. Stutzman moderated the panel, which discussed the year’s most significant case law, current legislation, practice fundamentals, trends and strategies. The panel included representatives from the United States Attorney’s Office, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and other leading practitioners.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
