Pat Kingsley Appointed to Conflict Prevention and Resolution Panel of Distinguished Neutrals

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Patrick R. Kingsley was recently appointed to the Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Panel of Distinguished Neutrals. CPR's panels are widely regarded as the nation’s most distinguished source of neutrals for the resolution of business disputes. Kingsley has joined as a construction arbitrator.  

Kingsley is chair of Stradley Ronon’s alternate dispute resolution and construction practice groups. He handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing much of his practice on construction and surety litigation. He is a commercial and construction arbitrator and mediator and regularly serves as a neutral in construction disputes.
