Andy Stutzman Speaks at National Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman spoke at the 2019 Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference on May 7 in New Orleans. The national conference brought together thousands of servicers of all backgrounds to consider emerging compliance issues tailored to the mortgage servicing industry. Stutzman’s panel, “Litigation Challenges Facing the Industry,” reviewed major litigation and enforcement actions and trends impacting market participants.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
