PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Jeffrey D. Grossman served as a panelist at the 10th Annual Advanced Forum on Managed Care Disputes and Litigation on May 17 in Chicago. Grossman’s panel, “A Practical Guide for Assessing and Responding to Potential Data Breach,” assessed whether and when a company has to disclose that there is inadvertent release of protected health information, and what are the steps in-house counsel at a managed care organization should follow to ensure an adequate response to the data breach?

Grossman is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex litigation and regulatory matters within the fields of insurance, health care and construction. His practice entails resolving disputes between private parties, as well as disputes involving industry and governmental regulators. Jeff’s experience covers a broad spectrum of engagements in several industries and areas of law, including insurance, health care, cyber, construction, surety and fidelity, securities, general commercial litigation, professional liability and general negligence. He routinely handles cases in federal and state courts, and before arbitration tribunals.
