Andrew K. Stutzman, partner and co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s
financial services litigation group, presented a Lawline webcast on Nov. 7 in New York. Lawline is an online platform that provides webcasts for continuing legal education. The webcast, “Trends in Mortgage Lending & Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation,” analyzed emerging trends in litigation and related compliance concerns involving origination, servicing and foreclosure of residential mortgage loans.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
