PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorneys Andrew Levine and Andreas Andrews joined RETTEW, an industry-leading engineering consulting firm, to present a webcast, “Renewable Energy Technologies and U.S. Innovation,” on Dec. 9. Levine, co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s environmental practice group, is widely recognized by industry leaders for his strategic environmental counsel, with a particular emphasis on practical financial solutions to complex challenges and innovative approach to expanding the energy economy in the mid-Atlantic region and beyond.

Andrews focuses his practice on tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. Andrews has experience reviewing partnership agreements, including agreements related to renewable energy partnerships, private equity partnerships, and family partnerships. His experience also includes drafting opinions and memorandums regarding substantive federal tax issues, including debt versus equity, disguised sales, noncompensatory partnership options, and partnership entity qualification.
