PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is proud to announce that legal recruiting and personnel development professional Ryan P. Galvin has joined the firm’s administration team as Chief Talent Officer, effective July 12. In this new role, Galvin will oversee all aspects of recruitment, retention, evaluation and professional development for non-partner attorneys and business professionals across the firm’s seven offices.

“Ryan joins Stradley with deep experience and a proven track record for leading talent management in the legal profession, and we’re thrilled to welcome him on board,” said Executive Director Gillian G. Galvin brings over 20 years of experience leading talent management in the professional services industry. Most recently, Galvin was Director of Talent Management for Professional & Legal Staff at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, where he developed and implemented numerous initiatives for the firm’s 2,000 professionals and business staff, working in collaboration with senior human resources and firm leadership.

Galvin earned his B.A. from Loyola University and his Executive M.B.A from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He also participated in the International Business Program at Rotterdam’s International School of Economics.

In the community, Galvin serves as Board President of the Breathing Room Foundation, which provides individualized care and support to families affected by cancer by addressing their most critical needs so they can concentrate their efforts on regaining their physical health.
