Danielle Banks Named 2022 Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” for Litigation – Labor and Employment in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is proud to announce Best Lawyers selected Stradley Ronon Partner Danielle Banks as a 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” for litigation – labor and employment in Philadelphia. Best Lawyers includes a single lawyer in each specialty within each community as “Lawyer of the Year.” Those honored have received particularly outstanding ratings in the surveys by earning a high level of respect among their peers for their abilities, professionalism and integrity.

Banks is a partner in Stradley Ronon’s employment and labor group and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. She devotes a significant amount of her practice to defending businesses, universities and governmental entities against employment discrimination claims. Banks also regularly counsels clients on issues of race, diversity and inclusion. Banks served as co-President of the Board of Directors of the Phila. Diversity Law Group, and currently serves as a member of that Board. She received the Albert S. Dandridge, III Diversity Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section. Banks was recognized by the National Diversity Council with their coveted Most Powerful & Influential Women award and was named by The Legal Intelligencer as a Diverse Attorney of the Year. She also received the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia J. Austin Norris Award, which celebrates attorneys who commit to advancing black professionals in the Philadelphia legal community.
